Automation and SCADA let you monitor and control equipment in the field from one place. We design the control logic, operator screens and communication network as one system, together with the panel, so the wiring, the program and the screens use the same tags.
Our approach
Automation projects often fail at the gaps: one party writes the software, another builds the panel and a third wires the site. When something goes wrong, nobody owns the answer. We handle design, software and commissioning as one package with one point of responsibility.
Where possible we build on your existing equipment instead of replacing it.
Services
PLC programming: Program structure, modes, interlocks and automatic sequences.
HMI and SCADA screens: Screens that follow the process, with alarms, trends and user levels.
System integration: Connecting devices of different brands and adding SCADA to existing plants.
Network design: Ethernet and Modbus networks, IP plan, topology and register map.
Commissioning and testing: Point-to-point I/O checks and scenario tests.
Remote monitoring and reports: [If offered] Secure remote access and automatic reports.
Architecture
Field: Sensors, actuators, motors, valves and instrument transformers.
Control: PLCs, protection relays, energy analyzers and drives. Interlocks and sequences run here.
Supervisory (SCADA): SCADA server and operator screens. Collects, displays, records and alarms.
Enterprise: Reporting, energy analysis and links to company systems.
Each level passes only the data the level above needs. This keeps the system secure and easy to expand.
Communication protocols
Operator screens
Screens follow the real process flow, so operators see equipment status at a glance.
Alarms are ranked by priority and have an acknowledge function.
Trend and alarm history is recorded, so fault analysis is based on data.
Access levels are set per user, and critical commands are limited to authorized accounts.
Screens are delivered with the I/O list and tag logic.
Commissioning process
Freeze the I/O list: All signals are listed with tags and approved by you.
Prepare the software: PLC, HMI and SCADA are built from the I/O list and tested by simulation.
Pre-delivery test: Scenario tests with simulated signals. Findings are closed before delivery.
Site wiring check: Continuity and insulation checked terminal by terminal.
Point-to-point check: Every sensor and actuator is triggered and confirmed on the screen.
Start-up and handover: The system is run under load, operators are trained, and documents and backups are handed over.
Cybersecurity and access
Network separation: The control network is separated from the office network, with a firewall between them.
Passwords: Default passwords on PLCs, HMIs, switches and relays are changed at commissioning.
Roles: Monitoring, operation and engineering rights are separated.
Remote access: VPN only, with logged sessions. No device is exposed directly to the internet.
Backups: Projects, databases and device settings are backed up, and restores are tested.
Send your existing system details, the points to monitor and your goals, and I will propose an architecture and commissioning plan.
